Stories of Excellence
I was tasked to create illustrations for an internal award program
that recognises employees who exemplify customer commitment. These are stories of employees and their teams who went above
and beyond to overcome challenges and deliver exceptional customer service.
Character design
The friendly touch: Big, expressive eyes, warm smiles, and playful details – these are the tools I use to inject a dose of friendliness into my characters. They become approachable, inviting viewers to connect and see themselves reflected in these familiar, friendly faces.
Crafting the narrative
There were 15 stories to tell, totalling up to over 50 scenes to illustrate and bring to life each employees' journeys.
It was a thrilling challenge to ensure every story
feels fresh and captivating.
